We would like to welcome Lyuba Sabatan as BDCF’s ambassador in Odessa, Ukraine. Her help will enable us to assist orphanages in Odessa effectively. She will be assessing the needs of orphanages and distributing our funds to ensure that no misappropriation or mishandling occurs.
