In April of 2021, Big Dreams got involved in an effort to assist with raising funds for the Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) procedure for Sofia from Slavgorod, Altai. Sofia was born with Cerebral Palsy and required two procedures in order to be able to walk.
Children’s Hospital of Saint Louis performed a successful surgery and Sofia returned back home for Rehabilitation therapy. She is making amazing progress!
